M.S. in Integrative Health and Nutrition from University of Maryland and a NBC-HWC Health Coach.

~ Unsweetened Iced Tea and Red Wine….but I also love lemonade.
4. My Pets:
~ My sweet, 12 year old Chocolate Lab, Molly.
~ My baby english bulldog pup, River.
5. Ideal Vacation:
~ Warm and Tropical with minimal bags…and good friends of course!

~ Believing in myself every day and making decisions based on my own truth.

~ Health Coaching amazing women, traveling, being outside, and spending time with my family. .

~ I spent 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. I traveled the world delivering cargo to amazing places!
