My own struggles with resilience and confidence led me to create The Resilience Method and Confidence Quest Programs. My passion for living my best life inspired me to teach women how to be confident and resilient so they can achieve their BIG and small health goals!
I specialize in nutrition, weight loss and chronic disease management. I have been working in the health and wellness industry for almost two decades! From Personal Training, Nutrition, and Health Coaching, it’s my passion to help Women to gain the confidence and resiliency to move in the direction of their health goals.
